Methods of contraception

* Ring. Flexible ring with a diameter of about 5 cm, containing a progestin and estrogen. It is inserted into the vagina. Protects against pregnancy for 1 month.
* Intrauterine device. T-shaped device inserted into the uterus.
* Tying of the fallopian tubes. Only use this method only if you are sure that he would never want children.
